04-364- AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE OPERATION OF CLUBS, KTV’S BEERHOUSES, VIDEOKE BARS AND THE LIKE:
Sec. 3 must conform with the standards prescribed by the Municipal engineering Office and must comply with the fire safety measures prescribed by the Angono Fire Marshall; establishment must be 100 meters away from places of worship. Institutions of learning, hospitals or public parks; etc
Sec. 4. Operators shall be responsible for maintenance of peace and order and cleanliness; must have posters announcing the ban on carrying deadly weapons, exclusion of minors; illegal use of dangerous drugs; hours of operation; wearing of ID’s of employees during tour of duty. Non employment of minors; securing of necessary permits of its employees; time of operation until 3:00 am except restaurants; sounds must be toned down starting 12:00 midnight; prohibition on nude dancing;
