3. Valuation of Improvement Appraisal and Assessment of Improvement 30 minutes Appraiser & Municipal Assessor
  Prepares FAAS& TD 25 minutes Appraisal Section
Validation of FAAS & TD 25 minutes Sr. Assessment Clerk
Signs the documents 1 minute Municipal Assessor
5. Transmits the documents to PAS ***** ***** *****
