Municipal Engineering Office- Issuance of Certificate of Building Completion and Certificate of Occupancy

ABOUT THE SERVICE

A Certificate that certifies the completion of the project with the knowledge that meets the standards of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the National Building Code. The building/structure can now be utilized as a public edifice or private residence which is now safe for occupancy.

->Photocopy of the Building Permit

->Certificate of Completion for Construction Form

 

FEES/PAYMENT REQUIRED   Only the Building Official can give the Order of Payment for the Certificate of Occupancy depending on the building and Final Cost Estimated submitted. (COCC)

 

SERVICE SCHEDULE             Monday to Friday

8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Proceed to the Office of the Municipal Treasurer for payment (Staff of the Office of the Municipal Treasurer receives the payment and issues Official Receipt) 3 minutes Revenue Collection Clerk/Staff
