This permit certifies that the building is structurally unsafe and otherwise constitutes a hazard to safety of health or public welfare because of inadequate maintenance and therefore is declared dangerous to human life and must be demolished.

->Sketch/drawing of the bldg. to be demolished

->Photocopy of TCT where bldg. was constructed

 

FEES/PAYMENT REQUIRED   Payment shall be based upon the sketch/drawing submitted

8:00 am – 5:00 pm
