FEES/PAYMENT REQUIRED   Payment shall be based upon the dimension of the lot to be excavated

 

SERVICE SCHEDULE             Monday to Friday

8:00 am – 5:00 pm

 

TOTAL PROCESSING TIME     14 minutes

 Accomplish the Ground Preparation & Excavation  Permit Form

 

 Processes the application fee 1 minute Engineering Personnel
Proceed to the Office of the Municipal Treasurer for payment

 

 (Staff of the Office of the Municipal Treasurer receives the payment and issues Official Receipt) 3 minutes Revenue Collection Clerk/Staff
 Present the OR to the Building Official

 

 Documents and OR will be recorded 3 minutes Building Official
      Wait for the permit to be released
