ABOUT THE SERVICE
In collaboration with the Municipal Health Office and Municipal Agriculture Office, the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office are mandated to ensure the strong bond of family ties. They take part in providing pre-married couples with knowledge and skills prepare them with family responsibilities and strengthen family relationship.
CLIENT GROUP
Pre-married couple who wishes to avail civil wedding (for church wedding, they must undergo counseling at the church)

SERVICE SCHEDULE Thursdays (1:00 – 5:00)
TOTAL PROCESSING TIME 1 and a half hours

| 1. Pre-married couples, upon application of the Marriage License, are advised to undergo pre-marriage counseling.
